IndieLand
IndieLand was an annual community event celebrating independent game developers and their work. This multi-day Twitch marathon stream featured live gameplay, developer interviews, celebrity guests, and over 50 indie titles, all curated to spotlight unique voices in the indie game scene. As the social media lead, I directed visual content across platforms by creating event graphics, live coverage, and a developer spotlight video series that helped elevate the indie dev community and generate excitement around the event.
Phase 1: Pre-event Promotion
Announcement Posts
I designed over 100 graphics to spotlight the indie games featured in the event, optimized for carousel posts and social media engagement. This is a sample layout used to announce participating titles.
Developer Spotlight Video Series
This video series spotlighted indie developers and their games that weren’t part of the main event lineup, allowing us to feature even more voices from the indie dev community. The videos were used both as intermissions during the stream and as standalone content on social media to extend reach and engagement.

Phase 2: Live Event Content
Live Tweets
I live-tweeted the event in real time, capturing standout moments and amplifying developer voices to keep the community engaged throughout the stream.
Phase 3: Post-event Roundup
Short-form Videos
From over 80 hours of streamed content, I edited highlight clips for social media to sustain engagement after the event and serve as promotional material for the following year.
